OUR MODALITIES
Our diverse areas of expertise are designed to fit the changing needs of your journey.
ATTACHMENT STYLES
Attachment Style modality is a therapeutic approach rooted in early relationships that shape an individual's patterns of emotional connection, trust, and intimacy. This helps clients understand their attachment style—secure, anxious, avoidant, or disorganized—and how it influences relationships, behaviors, and emotional responses.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. It involves guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation while recalling traumatic events, which helps the brain reprocess emotional responses and reduce the intensity of those memories.
EMDR is often used for PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related conditions, allowing clients to integrate painful experiences in a way that fosters healing and emotional resilience.
SOLUTION FOCUSED
Solution-focused Therapy (SFT) is collaborative, where client and therapist work together to envision desired outcomes and build upon what is already working in their lives. SFT helps individuals gain confidence in their ability to navigate challenges and move toward a more fulfilling future.
PERSON CENTERED
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and unhealthy behaviors. It focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, empowering clients to develop practical coping strategies and reframe unhelpful beliefs. CBT is highly effective for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress management, offering tools to build resilience and enhance problem-solving skills.
LIFE TRANSITIONS

These transitions can be planned events like starting a new job, getting married, or retiring, or they can be unexpected, such as coping with loss, illness, or sudden relocation. While change can bring growth and new opportunities, it can also be emotionally challenging and require adaptation. Through therapeutic support, clients can navigate uncertainty, manage stress, and build resilience. By fostering self-awareness and providing coping strategies, to empower clients to embrace change with confidence and find meaning in their evolving journey.
FAMILY DYNAMICS
Family dynamics refer to the patterns of interactions, relationships, and roles within a family system. These dynamics influence how family members communicate, handle conflict, provide support, and navigate challenges. Healthy family dynamics foster trust, understanding, and emotional security, while strained dynamics can contribute to tension, miscommunication, or unresolved conflicts. Therapy can help individuals and families explore these patterns, strengthen connections, and build healthier ways of relating to one another.
